When to buy tickets and prices
Promotional bargains most often appear between 4-6 months before departure, but especially for summer destinations, bargains often appear more than 10 months before departure.
Edelweiss offers the best fares from Swiss airports, but also from other European cities (via connecting flights of the parent airline Swiss), to holiday destinations by the sea.
There are also often bargain flights from Europe to Costa Rica, the Seychelles or Canada.
Fares
Edelweiss offers both economy and business class on its aircraft.
In addition, premium economy class is also available on long-haul Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
The individual classes are then further differentiated into several fare groups.
Fares are higher with a higher fare class. The differences are, for example, in the number of baggage allowances or the possibility to change the ticket.
