The city that gave the world port wine is the second largest in Portugal, and suffers a bit from the Lisbon complex. When asked "What's the best thing to see in Lisbon?", Portians won't hesitate to say "a motorway signpost with Porto written on it".

Porto has much more to offer besides countless opportunities to sample great port.
