Charles de Gaulle Airport (known among the French as Roissy) is the second largest airport in Europe. In addition to being the main airport for the Paris agglomeration, it can be conveniently used for transport to all corners of France thanks to the high-speed TGV trains, which have a station directly at the airport (at Terminal 2). CDG is also widely used for transfers to all over the world.
Flights to Paris CDG are most often booked with Air France, which has a huge base here with flights to all over the world.
Usually cheaper connections are offered by easyJet, which operates services from Paris mainly across Western and Southern Europe.
Often cheaper tickets are offered by Vueling or Transavia flying to Orly ORY airport or Ryanair to Beauvais BVA airport.

Hi, has anyone had any recent experience with the RER B from CDG to downtown? I have now read somewhere that you can no longer buy a paper single train ticket (in a machine), that you can only buy a Navigo pass.
It is not possible to buy a paper carnet of 10 tickets. Even though there was constant talk and writing about all paper tickets ending, they are still available everywhere (November 2024).
