Hi there, does anyone have experience with flight cancellation and "credit"? They moved my tickets two weeks before departure and actually it was convenient, so I cancelled all flights for me and my partner (Prague-Bali and back). All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and to contact an assistant when I wanted to book something. I tried their ai assistant and he said the credit is non-transferable. But I have not been able to get more information from them yet, how it will actually work, nor have I received any info on how long the credit is valid, etc.. Thanks in advance :)
