Wizz Air is a low-cost carrier that offers the cheapest possible price for getting from A to B at the expense of service. This means that airline tickets often don't even cost 20 eur.
Wizz Air is officially a Hungarian carrier and operates many bases across Europe, especially in the eastern half of Europe. However, it is gradually expanding its operations outside the European continent, especially in the Gulf with its base in Abu Dhabi.
The company operates flights exclusively with Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft in the typical pink livery.

Hi, well Wizzair cancelled my flight Prague-Malpensa and back in May today. The problem is that I have a connecting flight with Wizz Malpensa-Marrakech a day later. I'm tempted to cancel the connecting flight, because I'm sure they won't cancel that one themselves. But the fees. Does anyone have an intelligent solution to avoid them? 🤷 The only still reasonable alternative to Malpensa from Prag is Easyjet, but it's a lot more expensive and at stupider times.
Wizzair doesn't sell any connecting flights, folding flights with them is every gambler's risk. With Wizzair, they cancel inflexible tickets by letting them lapse because that's the cheapest way. 😀
I'd wait some Friday to see how it develops. They can upload it back later, but at different dates/times. I'd also check their website to see if they offer an alternative flight from another airport. Another option is to somehow get to Bergamo and take the shuttle to Malpensa.
Thanks, yeah, I know, I used the wrong term. I'll chat them up a bit this weekend for information.
Well, good luck with that. I'd better call that special line they have for disabled people and crashed flights.
I got the cancellation in May this morning too.I had a flight there only. I immediately bought a ticket with Easyjet when it was still 500 CZK. They're more expensive now. I got a refund from wizzair and that was the end of my relationship with them for good.
