The small airport on the island of Zakynthos is located near the town of Kalamaki, about 4.5 km from the centre of the largest town of Zakynthos.
Most of the traffic there is summer charter flights and seasonal flights from mainland Europe.
Only Sky Express and Aegean Airlines provide regular year-round services to Athens with connections to many international destinations.
