Khem Beach is rated as one of the cleanest beaches on the island, which you'll appreciate especially if you're bothered by the litter on other beaches. The beach is long and sandy with clear, clean water, but occasionally it can get clogged with seaweed.
Although the beach is public, non-residents are often not allowed on the section adjacent to the Marriott Hotel. However, the rest of the beach is free to use, and some bars and restaurants offer sunbed and umbrella hire for consumption.
