Smartwings operates only one scheduled year-round service, all from Prague PRG Airport.
The largest percentage of flights are routes to holiday destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. These flights are operated by Smartwings primarily for travel agents, through whom you can purchase an entire tour package outright.

You should board both flights, try writing to their customer service line and see what they say. Maybe they can cancel one flight and keep the other.
