Hand luggage
All passengers can take on board free of charge a carry-on bag of 55 x 45 x 25 cm with a maximum weight of 8 kg.
Passengers with a Plus, Flex or Business ticket can also take a personal item up to 3 kg in size 40 x 30 x 15 cm free of charge.
Passengers with a Lite ticket and a tour purchased through a travel agency cannot take an extra personal bag on board. No handbag or laptop bag is allowed.
If you arrive at the departure gate with hand luggage larger than the baggage allowance, your baggage will be checked into the aircraft baggage hold at the price of 60 eur.
Checked baggage
The lowest LITE fare does not include any checked baggage. You can add baggage retroactively via My Booking at 40 eur.
If you know you want to travel with checked baggage, choose the more expensive PLUS or FLEX fare, which includes a checked bag up to 23 kg.
If you are travelling as part of a tour through a travel agent, checked baggage up to 23 kg is free.

Overweight charges
You will be charged for exceeding the free weight limit at 48 eur or 40 eur when booking at least 36 hours before departure in the "My Booking" section.
For each piece of extra baggage, pay 40 eur when booking online at least 36 hours before departure or 48 eur when paying less than 36 hours before departure.
Strollers and luggage for children
Children under 2 years of age travelling on an adult's lap are not entitled to carry any hand luggage. If the adult's fare includes checked baggage (PLUS, FLEX, BUSINESS or tour through a travel agent), you can also check a child's baggage up to 10 kg free of charge.
Strollers are always carried free of charge.
Carriage of animals
Transportation of pets must be arranged with the carrier in advance, but no later than 48 hours before departure by telephone, see contacts: smartwings.com/contacts.
Smartwings allows the carriage of dogs and cats in the cabin in boxes with a maximum size of 43 x 30 x 27 cm and a weight of 8 kg. Price is 100 eur per flight. The pet in the hold must not weigh more than 32 kg and the fee is 200 eur per flight.
