All Nippon Airways, abbreviated as ANA, is the largest airline in Japan. They operate several bases across Japan, including Tokyo Haneda HND, Tokyo Narita NRT, Osaka Kansai KIX and other smaller cities.
The airline is part of the Star Allinace alliance and operates flights mainly to Southeast Asia, but also to America, Europe and Oceania.
The typical aircraft livery is with a blue tail wing, the „Inspiration of JAPAN" logo and the name with the Japanese flag above the fuselage. ANA is the first airline ever to operate long-haul flights with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
They also have Boeing 737-800, Boeing 777-300, Boeing 767, Airbus A320/321 and Airbus A380 aircraft in their fleet.
ANA also maintains a commercial stake in other airlines such as ANA Wings, Air Nippon, Air DO, Air Japan and Peach.
Japan Airlines is a significant competitor airline.
