What services will All Nippon Airways offer during the flight and what can I look forward to?
Refreshments
ANA offers at least basic refreshments on all flights, even on the shortest domestic routes.
On flights within Japan, you will be offered complimentary beverage service. You can choose from several juices, soda drinks or coffee and especially Japanese tea.
On long-haul international flights, depending on the flight time, one or two full services including lunch/dinner and breakfast or a light snack will be offered.
Entertainment system
An on-board entertainment system called ANA SKY CHANNEL is installed on most ANA aircraft. You can watch the latest international and Japanese movies and series.
If IFE is not available through personal screens at each seat, you can use it free of charge through the wi-fi network and ANA's mobile app on your mobile device.
Wi-fi
Internet connectivity via wi-fi is available primarily on long-haul flights operated by Boeing 787-8, B767-300ER and on selected shorter flights on the Airbus A320neo.
For chat applications such as WhatsApp. Line, iMessage or Google Chat, the internet connection is available free of charge. For other activities, a connection must be purchased subject to availability:
- 30 minutes per 6,95 usd
- 3 hours per 16,95 usd
- for the entire flight for 21,95 usd
