Tower height and viewpoint
Completed in 2006, Lotte World Tower is the 3rd tallest building in Australia at 297 metres.
The main observation deck is located on the 88th floor at 285 metres, making it the highest observation deck in a building in the southern hemisphere.
There are several restaurants on the observation floor and there is no limit to the time you can stay here.
The vast majority of the observation deck is behind glass and, especially in the early evening, it is virtually impossible to take photos through the glass due to glare.
There is a small outdoor area on the east side, but behind a fairly thick mesh that is difficult to push a camera lens through.
