Victoria Square is considered Birmingham's main square and natural city centre, thanks to the magnificent former Town Hall.
It is just a few minutes' walk from New Street railway station and right in the middle of the pedestrian route between the popular canal district of Brindleyplace (eastbound) and the Bullring shopping district (westbound).
Both locations can be reached from Victoria Square in around 10-15 minutes on slow walking.
