Lilla Bommen

Lilla Bommen, Gothenburg

The unmistakable Lilla Bommem building stands on the banks of the Göta ävl River in the city centre area of the same name. The building is commonly known by locals as Läppstiftet (The Lipstick), meaning lipstick. It earned this nickname because of its red and white colour and appearance.

The building was built in 1989 by the developer Skanska. It has 22 floors, measures 86 metres and offers facilities for up to 1,000 workers in 32,000 m2 of office space.

Admission and opening hours

Admission to the observation deck on the 22nd floor costs 40 sek and opening hours are from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays. The building is closed on weekends.

The entrance is on the north side and inside the building next to the elevators you will find the reception where you should purchase tickets.
