Fisherman Village

The village on the south side of Pulau Kecil is basically the only real settlement on the islands and offers the cheapest accommodation and food in the whole archipelago. It's definitely worth a trip here for at least one evening.
You also shouldn't miss the sight of the iconic floating mosque, which you can see from the boat as you cross between the islands.

Visit the floating mosque
Upon arrival in the village, you'll be impressed by the white floating mosque that has been built over the sea. You can visit it during your stay in the village.
The mosque is open to visitors at any time outside of prayer times. Entrance to the mosque is free.
Women and men must cover their legs and arms to enter the mosque, and women must also cover their hair. Sarongs and other clothing are available for rent at the mosque.
Accommodation at Fisherman Village
While there is no beach directly in Fisherman Village, you will find relatively inexpensive accommodation as well as affordable, authentic restaurants. Staying here is a great option if you want to take trips to different beaches around the islands and don't want to spend too much time on your home beach.
You won't find any hotels in the village, just simple accommodation with locals or in family-run guesthouses. You can get them for up to 200 myr per night:
Transportation to Fisherman Village
The village has its own pier, so you can arrive by boat. There is a footpath leading to Long Beach and Petani Beach.
