Siena isn't a big city, so it doesn't matter too much where you stay, you can always walk to the centre within 20 minutes. What's more, most of the offers from multinational hotel chains and local apartments are concentrated in the city centre.

Cheapest Siena hotels

Expect prices at smaller guesthouses and hotels to be in the range of 59 eur 92 eur per night in a 2-bed room.

With its quality and very stylish appearance reminiscent of ornate palaces, it ranks among the best in central Tuscany. Prepare approx 366 eur per night in a 2 bed room.

Siena hotel prices

The average price in a regular 3* hotel or apartment in Siena is between 59 eur and 92 eur, expect prices around 110 eur for the better hotels.

Unlike seaside resorts or big tourist towns, hotel prices don't vary much across the year. They remain at a similar level during the summer holidays, spring, autumn and winter. They tend to be expensive around Christmas, for example, and also around 2 July and 16 August, when the famous horse races take place in Siena.
