Weather in Pisa and best time to go

Pisa Leaning Tower

Pisa is situated on the border between temperate and subtropical zones and enjoys a Mediterranean climate. However, unlike southern Italian cities or resorts on the Adriatic coast, Pisa's climate is influenced by the relatively nearby high mountains of the Apuan Alps, which can bring morning and night frosts to Pisa, especially in winter.
