The Torre degli Asinelli was built by the Asinelli family between 1099 and 1119 and the inclination of the tower is about 1.3°.

Torre della Garisenda
The smaller of the towers, reaching a height of 48 metres, was completed in 1110 and reaches an inclination of up to 4°, which is constantly increasing.
In 2023, the city council decided to close the tower for safety reasons. The inclination was increasing too quickly as the tower was overloaded by the crowds of tourists.
