Bangalore Kempegowda International Airport in a nutshell

Kempegowda International Airport is located 34 km north of Bangalore. It is the largest airport in the Indian state of Karnataka and the 3rd busiest in the whole of India.

Bangalore is therefore a major aviation hub throughout South Asia, with direct flights to all continents except South America.

One of its largest bases here is IndiGo followed by Air India and Air India Express.

Most flights are to domestic Indian destinations with very frequent services (even several times an hour) to cities such as Delhi and Mumbai.

There are also many flights from Bangalore to the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka.
