Explore the tropical vegetation at the beautiful Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden located in the town of Kaneohe. On 400 acres you can admire plants from tropical regions around the world from Polynesia to Sri Lanka, Malaysia to Africa.

You can enjoy the many ponds in the garden, snuggle up in the designated camping area or visit the small education center.

Admission to the garden is free.

It is open daily from 9:00 to 16:00.

How to get there

The garden is located in the south of the town of Kaneohe, but the entrance is quite far from the town, so a rental car is the only suitable means of transportation.
