Playa de Las Acacias

Playa de las Acacias

Somewhat off the beaten track away from the centre is the very popular Las Acacias beach in the quiet eastern part of Málaga, which is connected to another beach, Playas del Palo. This area is particularly popular with families with children due to the quieter environment and also the beach facilities.

Swimming and beach facilities

Playa de Las Acacias is covered in fine light to grey sand and its entire coastline is lined with artificial coves with rocks that protect the shoreline from any waves. Combined with the gradual entrance to the sea and the many playgrounds, this area is absolutely perfect for spending time with smaller children.

Around the beach you will find several snack and ice cream stalls and in the central part of the beach there are several classic restaurants.

Beachfront accommodation

The Las Acacias neighbourhood boasts a large number of private apartments, with prices ranging between 3,000 and 165 eur for entire apartments.

How to get there
