Higashimuki

The Higashimuki covered shopping street is the busiest pedestrian area in Nara and a popular district not only for shopping but also for enjoying cafes and restaurants.
It is closely adjacent to Kofuku-ji Temple and Kintetsu-Nara Railway Station.

Higashimuki is roughly 200 metres long and is the perfect place to enjoy an evening out or to shop for attractions or souvenirs before leaving Nara.
