Luggage storage
There are staffed luggage lockers and 24-hour automated lockers in many locations in both terminals.
Prices are the same when using lockers and physical lockers.

Lockers can be found located in many places in the terminal and at the train station.
Staffed offices are available in 4 locations, always in the public area of the airport.

- Terminal 2 - 1st floor (24/7)
- Terminal 2 - 3rd floor (6:00-23:30)
All lockers and lockers are operated by "Taiwan Pelican Express".
Showers
Showers for the public are available free of charge at many locations in the transit zone (after security check). You can take a shower immediately after landing in the arrival corridors and also before departure in the areas near the check-in gates.

Admission is free, but towels and toiletries are not provided.
Shops and supermarket
Both terminals at Taoyuan Airport are well stocked with shops and, especially after security, you'll feel like you're in a shopping mall with many boutiques selling fashion, sports, souvenir shops and, of course, duty free shops.

Minimarkets with takeaway and packaged food can be found in several locations.

In case of health problems, there are also several pharmacies at the airport.

Dining
Both terminals are well-equipped with dining options ranging from inexpensive local eateries to international fast-food restaurants.
Significantly more restaurants can be found after security check. The usual opening hours are from approximately 6:00 to 22:00.

ATMs and currency exchange
In the arrival halls of both terminals you will find several Taiwanese bank exchange offices with good exchange rates.
There are also Bank of Taiwan ATMs near the exchange offices or near the subway entrance, which dispense money at no extra charge.
Rooms for parents with children
In the airport transit area, there are free nursing mothers or baby changing rooms in many places.
Drinking water
After security, you'll come across several stations with hot and cold drinking water where you can fill your own bottle for free.
Vending machines
Vending machines selling drinks, sweets or toiletries are located throughout the airport. Payment is usually cash only.

Want to send a last-minute postcard or use other postal services? There are two branches of Taiwan Post at the airport.

There are only a couple of fancy overpriced clothing and souvenir shops in Terminal 1 after security and almost no food so I recommend eating/purchasing beforehand in the public area.
