What services can I expect during my flight and transfer with Qantas?

Refreshments on board

In-flight refreshments are served free of charge. For international flights under 5 hours, there is only one service with a choice of 2 hot meals.

On long-haul flights, you'll usually get a choice of two main meals plus breakfast or a hot dinner.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available.

On domestic lines you will only get a free drink and a small cold snack.

Entertainment system

In-Flight Entertainment keeps you entertained even on flights longer than 10 hours. The in-flight entertainment system includes Western movie releases and Bollywood cinema.

The on-board system is completely free of charge.

Screens are located in every seat on all long-haul aircraft - Airbus A330, Airbus A380, Airbus A350, Airbus A321XLR, Boeing 787.

In-flight wi-fi

Qantas offers free wi-fi on selected aircraft, but only if you are currently in Australian airspace.

You must first download the Qantas mobile app (Google Play / App Store) to connect to the internet.

Seat plugs

Charge your electronics during the flight. Except on Embarer E190 aircraft, universal plugs are available on every aircraft.
