Jetstar in a nutshell

Low-cost carrier Jetstar Airways is an Australian airline headquartered at Melbourne Airport. It was established in 2003 as a subsidiary of Qantas Airlines with the aim of tapping the low cost market in Australia.
However, the airline has gradually expanded into international markets.
Currently, Jetstar is also present in other markets with its offshoots:
- Jetstar Asia (3K/JSA) in Singapore
- Jetstar Japan (GK/JJP) in Tokyo
As all branches share a common website and travel conditions, we do not describe the details for all these airlines separately.
Jetstar operates a very modern fleet of over 100 Airbus A320, A321 and Boeing 787 aircraft.
