The official residence of the British Prime Minister is 10 Downing Street. And everybody knows him at least from the films, where he is often the focus of cameras and cameras, as in Bridget Jones's Diary or Love Actually.
Home of the British Prime Ministers
10 Downing Street has been home to British Prime Ministers since 1731, when it was first occupied by Robert Walpole. The tradition dates back to the present day and so far all British Prime Ministers have actually lived and worked at this address.
As well as the Prime Minister, Number 11 is home to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, while Number 9 houses the Cabinet Office.
How to get to Downing Street?
This street has been closed for security reasons since 1989. It is not that this has happened in the last few years because of the situation related to Islamic State attacks, but because of previous terrorist threats by the IRA.
So unfortunately you won't be able to get photos of the famous door numbered 10, the most you can photograph is the sign marking Downing Street, which is visible from the publicly accessible main street of Whitehall.
