Billund is a very small town in the centre of Denmark with about 7,000 inhabitants, famous for its Lego bricks. Ole Kirk Christiansen, the creator of the bricks, is from Billund and it was here that he set up his first factory.
It is therefore no wonder that The Lego Group has its headquarters in Billund and still produces the sets here on a large scale.
Other attractions continue the Lego history here, led by the famous and oldest Legoland.
