LaGuardia Airport uses a total of 3 terminals divided by airline.
The terminals are not connected to each other and can only be moved between them by a shuttle bus that runs only through the outdoor public area. The bus is free and runs every 8-10 minutes during the day or once every 15 minutes at night.
For information about the shuttle bus, please visit the airport website: laguardiaairport.com/on-airport-bus.
Terminals B and C are spacious and modern, while Terminal A is very small and outdated with an extreme lack of seating.
- Terminal A: Frontier Airlines, Spirit
- Terminal B: Air Canada, American Airlines, JetBlue, Southwest, United
- Terminal C: Delta, Westjet

Transfer between flights
Most airline-guaranteed transfers take place within a single terminal.
Transfer within one terminal
Because LaGuardia Airport has no international flights, you will never go through immigration. For flights from Canada, you will already go through advance immigration at the Canadian airport.
Therefore, you do not have to leave the transit area when you change planes. The arrivals and departures area is mixed, so you will find yourself at the departure gates as soon as you get off the plane.
Between the furthest ends of each terminal you can move within 15 minutes.
Transfer between terminals
If you need to transfer to another terminal, you will need to go all the way outside, find the stop marked "Shuttle Bus" and take the free bus every 8-10 minutes to the appropriate terminal.
