However, there are also city buses and jeepneys to the airport.

Taxi, mobile app Grab
You have three choices for getting from Cebu Airport to the city. The official white and yellow taxis can only be paid in cash.
Grab
Driving via the Grab mobile app is the most popular with tourists because you always know the price in advance and you don't have to have cash.
The money is charged to the card you enter into the mobile app. Riding with Grab is also usually slightly cheaper than official taxis.
Staff at the kiosks in the arrivals halls can also help you order Grab.
Prices are dynamic and are calculated according to current demand. To Cebu City centre, you will pay on average around 200 php.
Exceptionally, you can wait more than 20 minutes for Grab.
White taxis
White taxis are a more economical option to official taxis. They have a similar fleet of cars as yellow taxis and the only difference is the longer queues just for white taxis.
At peak times, you can wait in line for more than 30 minutes.
Prices are fixed:
- 40 php - boarding rate
- 13,50 php - for every 1 kilometre
- 2 php - for every 1 minute of waiting due to traffic
To the centre of Cebu City, you pay on average 250 php.
Yellow taxis
The more expensive yellow taxis have shorter queues (usually up to 5 minutes), but the cars are similar to the white taxis.
Prices are fixed:
- 70 php - boarding rate
- 4 php - for every 300 metres
To the centre of Cebu City, you pay on average 270 php.
Bus "My Bus"
The airport is served by modern air-conditioned buses operated by "My Bus".
They stop in front of both terminals.
The bus service runs to the SM City Cebu mall with stops at the following locations:
- Island Central Mall
- Plaridel St. - Maayo Medical Center
- City Times Square / Big Hotel
- Mantawi International Drive

Ticket can be purchased inside the bus with cash only.

Jeepney
Only the domestic terminal is served by jeepneys, which are brightly colored vans converted to carry passengers.
In maps, the line is officially designated as MI-05A. In reality, however, the line's visible designation is often missing on the jeepneys.
The jeepney runs from the airport to the Marina Mall on Mactan Island near the Cebu boat dock. There are also other jeepneys waiting at the Marina Mall stop in the direction of Cebu.
Fares are paid to the driver in cash only and are currently 15 php.
Car rental
If you're venturing into the lively Philippine traffic, renting a car will be a great option for exploring the rural areas of Cebu, the Philippines' largest island.
The airport is home to many local and international rental companies. Prices for a week's rental start at 250 usd.
