Hi, does anyone have any experience with airport assistance? Alternatively, how to book? At the airport, the assistance service is available. The airport states that you need to book through the airline. We are flying with Ryanair, the latter states it is not available. Therefore, it is not possible to order it as a service with a purchased ticket. We are flying with a mother who does not climb stairs, she uses French canes. Thank you
