Wings Air is a regional airline of Indonesia wholly owned by Lion Air.
It serves as a feeder for Lion Air flights especially from small Indonesian airports. Wings Air is the only airline flying to many of these destinations and is therefore the only link to the world for much of Indonesia.
Because Wings Air flies mainly to small airports, it has only ATR turboprops for about 75 passengers in its fleet.
Currently, Wings Air operates about 80 aircraft and is one of the largest airlines in Indonesia by fleet size.
