Check-in at the airport counter is free of charge for Wings Air.

Counters open 120 minutes before departure and close 45 minutes (30 minutes for some smaller airports) before departure.

If you're not travelling with checked baggage, most Indonesian airports also have self-service kiosks where you can print your own boarding pass.

Online check-in

You can check in online and print your boarding pass at home.

Online check-in works from 24 hours to 4 hours before departure.

Mobile check-in is the most used method. Online check-in is only possible via the Book Cabin mobile app (Google Play / App Store), where you enter your booking number and present a QR code on your mobile at the airport.

Selecting a seat (seating)

Selecting a specific seat on the plane is not possible on most routes and you will be randomly assigned a seat free of charge.

You can request a window seat at check-in at the airport, where you may be accommodated depending on availability.
