What in-flight services can I expect with Swiss?
In-flight refreshments
On all Swiss flights you will receive free water and a small stylized chocolate with the Swiss logo. On flights longer than 1.5 hours you will also get a bag of crackers or other snacks.
On long flights outside Europe, a hot meal is served (always two options to choose from) and another small hot or cold meal before landing.
Entertainment system
On long-haul services, you can also take advantage of the on-board entertainment system via screens at each seat.
All Airbus A330, Airbus A350 and Boeing 777 aircraft are equipped with these screens.
Use of the entertainment system (IFE) is free of charge.
In-flight wi-fi
On board all Swiss aircraft, you can use wi-fi internet access during your flight.
The internet connection is offered in 3 packages:
- Messaging - to send text messages via Messenger, Whatsapp, etc. throughout the flight
- Free
- Wi-Fi 4 Hours - Short-term full internet connection for 4 hours
- 25 chf
- Wi-Fi Premium - Long-term full internet connection for the duration of the flight
- 35 chf
