Oman Air, with its main base at Muscat Airport, is a fast-growing airline and often a more convenient alternative for connecting flights from Europe to Asia to major airlines such as Emirates or Qatar Airways. Indeed, Muscat airport is smaller and more easily accessible than Dubai or Doha.
The company operates a fleet of modern aircraft, mainly Airbus A330, Boeing 787 and 737.

Hello, I don't know if anyone can help me.
I bought a ticket from Spain - Philippines from Oman Air (first flight operated by Lufthansa to Germany) and it turns out that they have brought forward the second flight (operated by Oman Air and they have sent me Whatsapp and email) so I have called to try to change the first one so I don't lose it. However, when I called Lufthansa they told me that the "Oman Air tickets are not issued", but I have my confirmation emails and e-tickets. However, when I put "booking reference" and my details to manage the booking from their website, it does not appear.... I don't really understand what is the reason if apart from having the confirmation emails they have contacted me for the details of the time change? If someone could help me
Thanks
You have to call where the tickets were bought, so if they were bought with Oman Air you have to call them, if with some other portal like pelikan expedia you have to call them, not Lufthansa and they should sort it out.....
We also flew with this crazy combination but from Prague, Lufthansa cancelled the flight and postponed it to the next day with Qatar, we forfeited our connecting tickets in Manila, no agreement with Lufthansa at the Prague airport, they paid the hotel and didn't care, we flew the next day, no compensation, supposedly weather (other airlines were flying). Oman air is a terrible company especially for flights in Asia. Best to cancel when you can. Freebies are expensive. Since then long haul flights from Vienna and never Lufthansa. The flight from Manila was not on the same ticket, but I left more than 24 hours for the connection I also forfeited a night in a hotel in Manila.
Almost every airline has different excuses when it comes to compensation. Last time it happened to me with Turkish Airlines. After just the second email they sent the miles (the first was an excuse). So I will send a third one and hopefully the money will be there. The carrier needs to be pressured. Alternatively, take it higher up if you don't know how to handle it.
But unless the Manila flights were on one Lufthansa ticket, they were not connecting flights. So Lufthansa had nothing to do with them. If they were on the same ticket, they couldn't have been forfeited.
Otherwise, I have flown Oman Air 5 times and always satisfied. One flight was below average, but otherwise we were very satisfied.
The flights appear (including the lufthansa flights) in the Oman Air app by entering the "booking reference" and my details; the problem is that when I click on "manage my booking" it tells me that there is an error retrieving the tickets or something like that... The thing is that I bought everything from the official Oman Air website but the flight from Spain to Germany is operated by Lufthansa; in the electronic tickets and everything, the flights appear together. As I have brought forward the flight from Germany, I need them to bring forward the one from Spain to Germany and for that I have to contact Oman as I paid and managed everything with them, as I understand?
The problem is that when I click on manage my booking and I get an error, I'm afraid that the flights suddenly don't exist or I don't know if any of you have experienced that....
Thank you!!!!
Yes, contact Oman Air. Good luck!
If you can see all your flights in the booking management of Oman Air, then everything is fine. And if you can't get to the booking details because of a subsequent error, it's probably an internal bug in the app. This is quite common. Try again later, or use the mobile/web app. If unsuccessful, contact Oman Air as written above.
