All types of check-in are free at Lufhansy.
- Airport check-in is already the least common option at Lufthansa. It usually opens 3 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure,
- Online check-in with self-printing of your boarding pass at home or at the self-service kiosk at the airport starts 23 hours before departure,
- mobile check-in, also starting 23 hours before departure, is much more practical as you don't have to print anything, it's all on your mobile phone. However, you must download the Lufthansa app.
