What services can you expect on British Airways aircraft?
Wifi on board
Most aircraft in the British Airways fleet are equipped with an internet connection, which starts at around 10,000 feet (approximately 10-15 minutes after take-off).
The cost of wi-fi is split into several packages.
- Meesaging Package - Messaging only
- Free for "Club" frequent flyer members
- 1,99 gbp Up to 2,99 gbp for non-members on short lines
- 2,99 gbp up to 4,99 gbp for non-members on long distance lines
- Stream Package - Internet browsing, streaming music or videos
- Free for First Class passengers
- 4,99 gbp up to 11,99 gbp for others on short-haul flights
- 4,99 gbp up to 21,99 gbp for others on long-haul flights

In-flight refreshments
On shorter flights within Europe or to North Africa or the Canary Islands, only a small bottle of water and a bar or snack weighing approximately 25g is provided free of charge.
However, you can buy additional food from a fairly extensive selection of sandwiches, sweets or other drinks.
On long-haul flights from Europe to other continents, all passengers receive a free hot meal and another small hot snack or breakfast before landing.
Entertainment system
On Airbus A380, Airbus A350, Boeing 777 and Boeing 787 aircraft, you can enjoy a free in-flight entertainment system with individual screens built into each seat.
In-seat plugs
Charge your electronics during the flight. In addition to Embarer E190 aircraft, there are USB-A plugs for charging phones.
