British Airways check-in

There are three ways to check in with British Airways, all free of charge.
Check-in at the airport
Check-in at the airport counter is free of charge for British Airways.
Check-in counters usually open 3 hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure. For long-haul flights, they can open up to 4 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before boarding.
Online check-in
You can check in conveniently from home via the traditional web or mobile app.
Online check-in always starts 24 hours before departure.
To check in online, please visit this link: britishairways.com/olci.
For mobile check-in, you'll need to download the app, then just show the barcode on your mobile device at the airport and you won't have to wait to print your boarding pass.

Seat selection
On Economy Basic fares, you'll pay quite a bit extra for selecting a specific seat from 15 gbp on European flights and from 47 gbp on long-haul flights.
If you don't choose a seat, you will be allocated a random seat for free.
With an Economy Basic ticket, you can choose your seat for free 24 hours before departure during online check-in.

Hi, does anyone have any idea how to get from London City to Heathrow airport quickly ? we are due to arrive in Lond.city at 08:10h and depart from Heathrow at 11:45h is it possible to get there without any stress ?
Hi, I took the metro and the train, the journey was long, a good two hours including waiting for connections and I had 5 hours to change trains .. it depends on how fast you get out of the airport and get your bearings at the other one .. I don't know what kind of mood you're in, but I'd be stressed for sure .. I wish you'll be fine :)
