What services can I expect during a flight with Azul?

Wi-fi during the flight

Most Airbus A320/321 and Embraer E190 aircraft are equipped with wifi connectivity.

Azul is one of the few airlines in the world to offer free unlimited in-flight internet. However, wi-fi is only available on domestic flights within Brazil.

To use the internet, you must be registered in the Azul Fidelidade loyalty programme (free registration): voeazul.com.br/programa-fidelidade.

Internet is not available on Airbus A330, ATR and Cessna aircraft.

Refreshments on board

Azul provides free refreshments on all its flights, even for passengers on the cheapest fares.

On domestic flights, you'll get a choice of a soft drink and a small bag of salty or sweet crackers.

On international flights, soft drinks and 1 hot meal are served.

Entertainment system

Seats on Airbus A330 aircraft on routes to Europe and some routes to the USA are equipped with individual screens.

A selection of movies, TV shows or music will keep you entertained throughout the flight and is completely free of charge.
