Hand luggage

At the cheapest fare Basicwhich is sold on domestic and international flights within America (not on routes to Europe), only a small personal item 45 x 30 x 20 cm is included.

Passengers with a ticket on fares Light, Classic, Flex can take two cabin bags on board free of charge - 45 x 30 x 20 cm and 55 x 35 x 25 cm.

The total weight of all hand luggage must be under 10 kg.

Checked baggage

One piece of checked baggage up to 23 kg is included in the fare Classic, Flex.

Passengers with a ticket on the cheapest fares Light, Basic do not include any checked baggage.

This can be purchased at the next step during the booking process for a fee from 14 eur on domestic routes, from 38 eur on regional international routes and from 70 eur on long-haul routes to/from Europe.

If you don't need any of the additional services of the more expensive fares but just want to buy checked baggage, it is worth selecting the cheapest fare and adding the checked baggage to it.

Overweight charges

Checked baggage weight and carry-on size are strictly controlled and you may be liable for a fine if you break the rules.

For baggage heavier than 23kg you will pay a fee from 30 usd to 140 usd depending on the specific route. No baggage may ever weigh more than 32 kg.

Baggage for children

If you are travelling with a child under 2 years of age, you can take one extra small hand luggage of 45 x 35 x 20 cm, a pushchair and a child car seat free of charge.
