What services can I expect while flying with Air Canada?
Refreshments on board
Refreshments are normally served twice during a long-haul flight - a hot main meal and breakfast or a lighter dinner depending on the flight time.
There are usually two or three meal options to choose from. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available throughout the flight.
On shorter flights within Canada, to the USA or to the Caribbean, only drinks are usually free and everything else can be purchased from the on-board menu.
Entertainment system
The on-board entertainment system offers the latest movies, TV shows and music albums.
All seats on Airbus A330, Boeing 777 and Boeing 787 aircraft are equipped with individual screens.
The In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system is free of charge.
In-flight wi-fi
In-flight internet is available on all aircraft except some regional Air Canada Express fleet aircraft.
Internet access is offered in several packages:
- 1-Hour Pass - Internet connection for 1 hour
- 6,50 cad
- Free for all Aeroplan loyalty members
- 1-Way Pass - Internet connection for the entire duration of the flight
- 21 cad
- Free for all Aeroplan loyalty members
