Entrance fees and opening hours

Koh Hong Island is part of the Than Bok Khorani National Park, so you will need to pay for entrance to the national park on arrival 300 thb. The ticket then entitles you to enter other parts of the national park.

Accommodation on Koh Hong

There is no accommodation on Koh Hong Island where you can stay. However, it is easy to get here as part of a day trip from the nearby resort of Ao Nang, where there is a wide range of hotels:

Transport to Koh Hong

There's no public transport to the island, so you can only get here as part of an organised day trip or by a private chartered long-tail boat. Tours to Koh Hong are easily purchased in both Ao Nang and Krabi Town.
