The central pier is located right in the middle of the town on the main beach.

The pier is an extension of the main pedestrian area "Flower Street" with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

The footbridge itself runs about 75 metres from the beach over the open sea. At the end of it is the dock of the regular ferries to Nessebar.

The Sunny Beach pier is a very popular destination for walking, watching sunrises or the night lights of the town.
