Shops are mainly concentrated in upscale boutiques selling clothing, jewelry or watches, as well as travel stores. Most of the shops are located on Concourse A/B + Concourse C/D.
There are also shops selling electronics or travel goods.
There is no traditional supermarket at Dulles Airport and packaged food can only be purchased in the form of sweet and savoury snacks or drinks at, for example, Hudson newsagents.

Baggage storage
Luggage storage is not available at the airport. There are no automatic lockers.
ATMs and currency exchange
The ICE Currency Exchange is located both in the arrivals hall and behind security in the departures area. We recommend avoiding them as they offer very unfavourable rates.
ATMs can be found in both the arrivals and departures areas. We recommend avoiding Euronet ATMs with high withdrawal fees.
Smoking rooms
The smoking rooms behind security are all permanently closed from July 2023.
Vending machines
Vending machines selling drinks, sweets or drugstore items are widely distributed throughout the airport.
Charging of electronics
Electronics charging outlets are located in large numbers throughout the airport.
