Internet and wi-fi

ATMs and exchange offices

All exchange offices at the airport are operated by Safra Bank with very unfavourable exchange rates.

It is considerably more convenient to withdraw money from ATMs of regular Brazilian or international banks, of which you will find a large number in all terminals.

Bradesco ATMs dispense money without a fee, while most other ATMs have a withdrawal fee of around 25 brl.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage is located in Terminal 2 and 3.

  • Terminal 2 - close to the bus stops and the "Airport Bus Service" shop to the city centre. It is open 24 hours a day and you pay for a full day's storage. 35 brl
  • Terminal 3 - outside the arrivals hall. Open 7:00-19:00 and all-day storage costs 35 brl

Luggage wrapping

A baggage wrapping service is available in all terminals at many check-in counters.

The cost per bag is approximately 30 brl and it is open 24/7.

Shops and supermarkets

Guarulhos airport is very well equipped with shops, especially terminals 2 and 3.

Travelers most often look for convenient grocery stores or pharmacies.

In Terminals 2 and 3, in the public area and even more so after security, there is a large shopping mall with shops duty free, souvenir, fashion, cosmetics or electronics shops.

Terminal 1 is equipped with only a small number of shops, but even here, for example, duty free shops are available.

Showers

There are no showers for the public at Guarulhos Airport.

Post Office

The Brazilian Post Office (Correios) is located in the public area of Terminal 2, near the check-in counters B.

It is open on weekdays from 9:00-17:00.
