Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport in a nutshell

Indira Gandhi Airport is the busiest airport in India and, along with Mumbai, one of the two main entry points into India. The city centre is 20 kilometres away.
You will often come across the abbreviation "IGI" = Indira Gandhi Airport.
Air India, IndiGo and Spicejet have their headquarters here. However, all major airlines from Asia, as well as Europe, Africa and North America fly to Delhi.
The airport is well regarded by passengers, especially for its generous and airy international terminal 3 and its clear signage. However, please note that you will only be able to enter the airport building with your ticket - printed or stored offline on your phone.
