ATMs and currency exchange

ATMs from 7 Bank or Lawson, where foreign credit cards work seamlessly, can be found in the arrival halls of both Terminals 1 and 2.

The fee for withdrawals over ¥20,000 is 220 jpy. If you withdraw less than ¥20,000, you will only pay 110 jpy.

You can also use the conventional exchange office in the arrival hall of Terminal 1, while Terminal 2 has an automated exchange office.

Luggage storage

Automated luggage lockers are located in several locations in both Terminal 1 and 2 and are accessible 24/7.

For storage within 24 hours, pay between 400 jpy and 600 jpy depending on the size of the locker.

There is also a traditional manned baggage room in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1, open 7:00-22:00. You can pay 600 jpy for storage here.

In both cases you can pay by card and cash.

Shops and supermarket

At the entrance to the train platform you will find the Family Mart mini-market (7:00-22:00).

Lawson minimarkets are available in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2. The branch on the ground floor of Terminal 1 (one floor below the arrivals hall) is open 24/7.

Various souvenir and fashion shops can be found on the 4th floor of Terminal 1, public area (above the check-in desks).

After passing through security in the international section of Terminal 1 there are a few shops duty free. In the domestic section you will only find a small mini-market with takeaway snacks (sandwiches, drinks, etc.).

For a list of all shops in the airport concourse, please visit the airport website at centrair.jp/en/shop.

Dining options

Most local restaurants and eateries can be found in the public area of Terminal 1 on the 4th floor (above the check-in counters).

There is a Subway fast-food restaurant in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 (7am-10pm).

There is a significantly larger selection of restaurants in the public area. After going through security, you will find only 2 restaurants in the domestic terminal and 4 outlets in the international terminal.

Terminal 2 is completely restaurant-free, but there are a few restaurants in the nearby Flight of Dreams building.

For a complete list of restaurants, including opening hours, visit the airport's website at centrair.jp/dine.

Luggage wrapping

Protective film wrapping service is available on the departure floor of Terminal 1 (6:30-21:30) and Terminal 2 (11:00-18:00).

The price per bag varies between 1 100 jpy and 1 800 jpy depending on the size.

Flight of Dreams

A theme park dedicated to aviation and Boeing aircraft in particular is built just outside Terminal 2 and about a 5-minute walk from the train station and Terminal 1.

The biggest attraction of this building is the first ever built prototype of a full-size Boeing 787 aircraft.

Nagoya is closely associated with Boeing aircraft production as it is here that some of the components for the Boeing 787 are manufactured.

Flight of Dreams is open daily from 10:00-17:00 and admission is free.

Observation deck

The huge outdoor observation deck measures over 300 metres and is located on the roof of the main Terminal 1.

In our opinion, this is one of the most beautiful airport observation decks with a breathtaking view of the entire airport apron and runway.

It is open daily from 7:00-21:30 and admission is free.
