Internet and wi-fi

Luggage storage
Baggage claim is located in International Terminal 2. The automated luggage lockers can be found in the car park opposite Terminal 4, facing the city bus stops (not the SkyBus express bus). The luggage and lockers are operated by SmarteCarte.
Prices vary between 10 aud and 20 aud per 24 hours depending on the size of your luggage and payment is by card only.

Showers
Public showers are available at several restrooms in International Terminal 2, both in the public area and in the transit area.
The shower is always accessible free of charge and only soap is available. You must bring your own towel.
Shops and supermarket
Melbourne Airport is relatively well equipped with shops of all kinds. Travellers are most often looking for packaged food stores or perhaps pharmacies and drugstores.
Grocery
There are only small minimarkets in the terminals selling sandwiches, salads, drinks etc.

In addition, in all terminals you will find, for example, flower shops or mobile operator kiosks in the public area.
After security there is a very wide range of shopping options with duty free shops, as well as shops selling fashion, travel gear, jewellery and many other things.

Dining options
Restaurants, fast-food outlets and cafes are plentiful in all terminals, both in the public and transit areas. However, there is significantly more choice once you have cleared security.
There are more expensive restaurants, small cafés and well-known fast-food outlets such as McDonald's, KFC and Subway.
Most establishments open around 4:30 and close around 22:00.

ATMs and money changers
The usual exchange offices are run by Prosegur Exchange or Travelex with very unfavourable rates.
For a better deal, withdraw money from the many ATMs of local banks located in all terminals or pay for all services or transport by card.

Drinking water
Drinking water fountains are located in all terminals after security checks, and you can fill your own bottle from these for free.
Luggage wrap
In International Terminal 2, you can have your luggage wrapped in protective film at the kiosk near the check-in desks.
The price per piece is 25 aud.
