Internet and wi-fi

Unlimited free wi-fi is available throughout the airport. Connect to the "Airport FreeWifi Aena" network.

If you use an EU country sim card, you can call and use data in Spain at the same prices as in your home country.

Luggage storage

Gran Canaria Airport terminal does not offer luggage storage and there are no lockers.

Shops and supermarket

In the public area of the arrivals terminal you will find a small branch of SPAR supermarket where you can buy basic supplies or snacks at regular prices. The supermarket is open daily from 08:00-22:00.

On the 1st floor of the public area (departures), there is a pharmacy open from 06:00-19:30 (until 08:00 on weekends).

You will find more shops after security check. You can use the duty free shop, toy, fashion or local souvenir shops.

Restaurants

The terminal is quite well equipped with restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. Well-known brands such as Burger King and Starbucks are also available.

Which eateries have the longest opening hours?

• Café de Indias: transit zone, 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Enrique Tomás: transit zone, 5:00 - 21:00
• LEON: healthy fast-food, transit zone, 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• SOHO Coffee: public area, departures, open according to current flight traffic
• Starbucks: transit zone, 5:15 - 19:00

Vending machines

To complement the restaurants, there are many vending machines selling drinks, sweets or baguettes for quick refreshments.

The vending machines also accept cards and are located in the public and transit areas.

ATMs and exchange offices

The two exchange offices in the arrivals hall have unfavourable exchange rates, as do the Euronet ATMs located around the airport.

Choose from a Caixabank ATM (withdrawal fee approx. 2,50 eur).

Drinking water

Free cold drinking water fountains are available in the transit area of all terminals. They are usually located by the toilets.
