Krabi Airport has 1 terminal. The arrivals hall and the 1st floor with check-in desks are always shared for domestic and international flights.

After checking in for the domestic terminal, head to the right side of the terminal, while the security checkpoint for the international section is located on the far left.

The new terminal opened in 2023. Everything is very clean and uncluttered and the distances to the planes are short (maximum 5 minutes walk).

Immigration and security checks

Passport controls in Thailand are generally very efficient and queues progress quickly. You will be waiting between 5 and 30 minutes.

Pre-departure security checks are also quick, and waits longer than 20 minutes are rare.

Transfer between flights

Because Krabi Airport is not a major hub, guaranteed transfers are rare here.

The terminal does not have a direct transfer option, so you always have to go through immigration, come out and check in again.
