Maurice Bishop Airport, also known as Pointe Salines, is the only airport on the Caribbean island of Grenada. The airport on the map is located at the southernmost tip of the island, about 12 km from the capital St. George's and just 3 km from the largest resort of Grande Anse.
No local airline is based at Grenada Airport and all flights are operated by airlines from other countries.
Most services are to the neighbouring islands of Barbados, St Vincent and Trinidad and Tobago.
Regular year-round flights to destinations such as Toronto, Miami, Boston, New York, London and Frankfurt. Grenada can be reached with British Airways, Air Canada, American Airlines, Condor, Virgin Atlantic, JetBlue and Westjet, to name a few.
Flights to the USA in particular increase in the winter season.
